Tiny Tickers produced Prenatal Congenital Heart Disease: a new beginning in February 2010 following a workshop where we brought 30 healthcare professionals together to help to improve detection and diagnosis of congenital heart disease before birth.

This publication was then presented to the review of children's heart surgery "Safe and Sustainable: The Need for Change" in order to improve understanding of prenatal care for heart disease.

It offers a summary of recommendations for an integrated care pathway to improve standards of care in prenatal congenital heart disease and includes information from CCAD (Central Congenital Audit Database) on UK detection rates.
