Our valued corporate supporters play a vital role in helping to provide a better start for babies born with serious heart defects. Without their support we would not be able to improve detection rates and care for these babies.
Meet some of our corporate partners and see how they have helped us to raise money and awareness of Tiny Tickers’ work.
Swizzels Matlow and their iconic Love Hearts
A Heart Week partnership helped us to raise important funds but, more importantly, to engage more people than ever before through social media.
“The team at Swizzels were delighted to associate the Love Hearts brand with the Tiny Tickers Heart Week campaign and to help raise awareness of the very worthwhile work they do.”
Sarah-Louise Heslop- Marketing Manager at Swizzels Matlow
Caesars Entertainment and Alea Casino Nottingham
Their employee fundraising not only raised vital awareness and funds, but Caesers’ very kindly matched what their employees had raised. Their support has now continued with Caesers’ employees running in the Vitality British 10k and Great North Run.
“Alea Nottingham and Caesars Entertainment UK are proud to support Tiny Tickers. As a business we feel it’s absolutely vital to give back to the community in any way we can, particularly for, often unnoticed issues. Our staff had a great time raising money during Heart Week 2015, which included a cake sale with homemade goodies and a cycle from London to Paris on a stationary bike. It’s great to see the organisation working so hard in fundraising and gives us immense pride to be assisting with this.”
Lauren Swift – Marketing Executive, Alea Nottingham
Bloom and Blossom
With a donation made with each purchase of Baby Balm, Bloom & Blossom demonstrated their ethos to their customers, and helped Tiny Tickers to move forward with our latest training project
“For Bloom and Blossom Tiny Tickers is everything we are about – and if we are able to help in any way possible we want to. Tiny tickers is doing incredible work and we are very honoured to be a part of that. We want to work with charities that are not only close to our heart but relevant to our brand and philosophy – we certainly found this with Tiny Tickers.”
Julia Yule – Director, Bloom and Blossom
Thanks to their sponsorship of our Think 20 materials, we can make sure that every expectant mother knows what questions to be asking at the 20 week scan.
“AbbVie is very pleased to be able to support Tiny Tickers through sponsorship of its Think 20 awareness campaign. The charity has a vital mission to improve the care of babies with serious heart conditions and we are delighted to help.”
Sarah Davies, Abbvie
With support from Experian’s Heart of the Community Fund, Tiny Tickers can continue to plan for the next stage of our Regional Training Programme and train more sonographers than ever before:
“Tiny Tickers are a perfect example of an entrepreneurial charity that we like to support. They exist to improve the early detection and care of babies with serious heart conditions and to give these babies a better start in life. They have already made a significant difference to their beneficiaries and demonstrate that they have the skills, ability and experience to deliver and provide long term effects.”
Jan Barratt – Head of Community Involvement UK&I, Experian
