The 4th Big Heart Bike Ride in Africa (Tanzania, 18-26 June 2011)

CYCLE ALONG THE INDIAN OCEAN - EXPERIENCE RURAL AFRICA – SEE FANTASTIC WILDLIFE AND BE PART OF THE FIGHT AGAINST HEART DISEASE.
The 4th Big Heart Bike Ride takes place in Tanzania, East Africa and raises funds for four heart charities: British Heart Foundation, Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), Tiny Tickers and HEART UK.
It is a journey full of fun and friendship.

Land of Kilimanjaro and home to lush tropical forests, pristine beaches and celebrated national parks, is a country with many places of great beauty and abundant wildlife. Our bike ride starts in the major port city, and former capital, Dar es Salaam through nature reserves, rural countryside, local villages to the foot of the Nguru Mountains.
This an opportunity to challenge yourself for a great cause in an amazing location. Three previous Big Heart rides in Cuba, India and across the Sinai Desert in Egypt have raised more than £100,000 to fight heart disease.
