We are delighted to announce that the UK Lioness Chairman, Jeannette Morgan, has chosen to support Tiny Tickers during her two year term in office.
Lionesses don’t want to be seen as ‘do-gooders’ but want to give something back to their community and by supporting Tiny Tickers they will help us to continue our life-saving programme for babies born with serious heart conditions – giving them a better start in life and the best possible chance for their future.
The Lioness mission statement is “To enjoy fun and friendship, with like-minded individuals, whilst serving the needs of the local community and the wider world” which is exactly what they will be doing over the next couple of years with fundraising and awareness events for Tiny Tickers.

Jeannette is pictured at the Pontefract Lantern Festival which took place on 14th October and she says, “We thought it was a perfect opportunity to promote out support for Tiny Tickers as we had over 2000 people taking part in the Festival so hopefully it will go a little way towards raising awareness of the charity”
Most Lionesses are females aged 18 to infinity who have joined together in friendship and enjoy each other’s company. They pride themselves on playing an active part in the local community, helping those less fortunate than ourselves, as well as enjoying a social life with like-minded individuals who come from all walks of life
