My name is Louise, I’m the Communications Officer at Tiny Tickers, and I absolutely adore my job.
Since becoming a mum to my beautiful heart hero, Emi, I have been inspired to help as many tiny hearts and heart families as I possibly can. You can read Emi’s story here.
I love being in regular contact with heart families, and I know how much their heart heroes mean to them. This led me to create the ‘Tiny Hearts’ poem, to honour all the incredible heart heroes who hold a special place in our hearts.
The Tiny Hearts Poem
Some tiny hearts are different.
Some tiny hearts have scars.
Some tiny hearts beat on Earth, others in the stars.
Some tiny hearts are different.
Some tiny hearts have scars.
Some tiny hearts, they are our world, our little superstars.
Some tiny hearts are different.
Some tiny hearts have scars.
Some tiny hearts change ours forever, a love written in the stars.
